I have the same sweater in Blue that you have in turquoise for my older Yorkie Teek.
The puppies only have summer clothes so far, they will get sweaters this winter I am sure. I think my 2 boys will wear the same size so that will work out great for me if they do. Then dresses and frilly things for my daughter's puppy.
