Hi and welcome to YT

! CONGRATS on your almost-home puppy! How exciting.
You sound like you've put so much great thought into preparing...that's just great, it will help more than you realize.
I wouldn't change foods until after your kiddo has settled thru the stressful transition time of changing homes - it's a very vulnerable time for them and you don't want to chance anything. So, I'd feed *exactly* what the breeder is feeding for at least the first 3 weeks or so and then go from there.
I feed pre-made raw - either Primal or Natures Variety, to all 4 of mine. For the 2 slightly larger ones, I also throw in just a bit of kibble - I like Natures Logic, preferably venison. I prefer grain free foods, generally, for my kiddos as I do think it's the most species appropriate. However, I also think there are tons of dogs who also do well on grain; many dogs here eat Royal Canin and do well on it, btw.
