 Underarm matting
We just got back from a trip. Penny wore her Buddy Belt (which I love btw). The only problem is, the hair under her arms is matting. It is really close there and tender. She hates the slicker brush. I was wondering if there was something I could do to loosen the mat enough to trim safely. I was considering rubbing with coconut oil and trying to work the mat with my fingers. She hates the groomer and gets so upset that I just don't want to put her through that either. My Mom had a tiny poodle who had a heart attack at the groomer's and died. This was years ago but I remember it well. Any helpful suggestions will be greatly appreciated. |
