You got a 4week old puppy, that is turning 8 weeks old tomorrow. If I were you I would be parked in front of my vets office waiting for them to unlock the door. No one should have given you a 4 week old baby. Please get that baby right now jump in your car and get to the vet right now. If you have Nutri-cal or syrup, even honey put a tab on your finger tip, let him lick it off, he my have Hypoglycemia, this is low blood sugar, this baby could go down FAST. PLEASE GET TO THE VET NOW. He should never have left his momma at 4 weeks old.
