Unfortunately, she can destroy and eat almost any toy (including Kongs). So it's not really safe to leave her unsupervised with toys. I ended up getting a different pen with jail style bars that she can't climb.
I think was happened is once she got up there, the top sagged from her weight and she couldn't climb up to the edge to jump off.
