I travel with my dog a lot! Hundreds of miles a week. He doesn't cry like that but he does pant and shake sometimes, not all the time. Maybe if you take her on a car ride every day she will just get used to it? Just reassure that everything is ok? Just an idea, I hope you're able to find a solution that works best for everyone.
