It could be that little Holly needs more food - but then knowing you, and the way you treat/feed your bubs, I doubt that. Have you tried her with Nutrical? Or even a blob of (local to you) honey?
My immediate thought, when you posed the question, was that 4 miles just might be too much for her - yet Maybe it's worth building her up to that more gradually?

Irina and I differ, I think a miles too far, when she's not been used to it and she also forgets to feed her lunchtimes sometimes unless I'm here. I got some Royal Canin today to take with us and tried her with a blob of honey, but she wasn't too interested, presently she's sleeping. We have a little sling carry bag for her, but I'm sure Irina would love one!
