We used pads for quite a while but the girls thought that it was ok to use rugs to piddle on. We also got a HD washer that was impossible to regulate the water level. I was having to wash them THREE times with scent booster to get them semi clean. We got a PiddlePlace and love it. We have had it around 18 months and would never go back to pads.
