It's so tough to know why a temperament is the way it is. We have rescue chi in addition to our 3 yorkies, and he doesn't know how to play either...we're so perplexed by it...bc we have to wonder if someone broke his spirit about playing or something, ya know? He is super loving and loves attention, but just has no idea what "play" is. We're just letting him continue to evolve.
