Am I right in understanding he's cried and favored the same leg after a bumping incident before? Wonder if he hurts his hip, back, knee or ankle or something easily due to some underlying condition, such as a patella or femoral head that maybe partially luxates when he's bumped and is hurting and sore for a while. Could be anything like that - something underlying causing him to cry out and favor the leg a bit. His not standing right on that leg after a bump, prolonged crying would worry me. That continued crying sounds like a reason to him checked out by the vet. I'd have the vet check him before I put it down to something psychological or spoiling. Hope the little thing is really okay and just loves fawning over and attention but get the vet to check him out to be sure.

P. S. That's a really cute story - the one leading the other to the grass by the lead! That's awfully smart!
