Having a pool here, I taught all my dogs to swim early on, however, I am never sure if they would know to go to the steps to get out, if they fell in. We practice a couple times a month, but mainly they avoid the pool.

Thanks, everybody. Yeah, my first thought was I'll have to use extra caution now that she likes swimming. Fortunately, we don't have many pools up here. Smart to practice your pool exits!
