No, it's not apples and oranges. We're talking about living beings and acts against them which are horrific in nature. Period. That's what we're talking about here. Rape is wrong, boiling animals alive is wrong, boiling humans alive would also be wrong...if that's what you need to see/hear in order to see it for what it is.
