Welcome to YT, thank you for rescuing this little girl. Sounds like what ever you are doing is working, so keep it up. Lots of phrase and love works wonders. Maybe working on training her basic commands, sit, stay, lie down, just basic for starters, make them 5 minutes training sessions through out the day, teach one command first, when she learns that one move on to a new command. Reward and praise when she gets it right, lots of patience and short sessions, training helps build her bond with you. She has come from a caged dark world into a world that is now filled with sunshine and love, this can be over whelming for some dogs, take things slow with her, but sounds like what ever you are doing, is working. Bless you for saving this little girl.
