One possibility:
There is a person in the Facebook YorkieTalkers' group who posted a video of her Yorkie doing the play bow position that you are describing. Her Yorkie has a spinal problem, a potential disc issue.
Shaking can be a sign of anxiety or pain.
If your boy continues to do the 'play bow' position or shows any signs of not being able to hold his head straight, or has difficulty with his legs, see your vet.
