I am pretty new to YT and to the yorkie community, only having had my puppies for 6 months, but the coat on Toffee to me doesn't look like my yorkies' hair. Like I said, I am new to yorkie puppies so maybe some puppies do have coats like Toffee's.

I have seen her Mum and Pups in the crate, the pups had yorkie hair, which is why I think she could be a late developer. I've messaged the lady I got her off just now for reassurance, so I am guessing her yorkie-looking hair will just come through as she gets older, but surely it should come through now at 8 weeks...hmmmph...
