It might be nothing serious at all, or it could be an ear infection or a neurological problem. I would either take the dog to the vet, or show the vet a video of the behavior.

It looks like she is circling the door waiting for your daughter to come home. If she stops doing it when your daughter is around, or if it's easy to interrupt and distract her while she is circling, then that's probably all it is. But if she does it all the time, even when your daughter is present, you should probably take her to the vet and have her checked out.
