Nicely put!
I use to think my way of doing things was the right way and would judge others for doing it "wrong". Older and much wiser, I now realize there is no right way or wrong way, just different ways. I agree the knowledge here is priceless. Anytime I have a concern this is the first place I turn to for advice.
