Both the harness and leash are made of nylon material. I don't know if she will react this way to the harness. I haven't tried the harness today since she got so freaked out about the collar.
I will try the treat when I put the collar or harness on.
She hasn't been outside yet - she still has more shots left. I can't wait to see how she likes the outside. 😊

Honestly it could have been the smallest thing that spooked her. Distraction is always great with puppies
