[Seatrtle]

I've had Harlie for almost two weeks. We've been gradually working on her getting used to wearing a collar or harness by having her wear it for longer periods each day. She has been cooperative about letting me put them on, but today she seemed to freak out about wearing the collar. She fought me and yelped. Is this a stage or have I done something wrong? She turned 12 weeks yesterday.

Any advice is welcomed.
