Honestly, it is on us as owners to figure that out. Watch her and try to figure out when is her "time to go". Take them outside more and praise praise praise when she gets it right. Also keep an eye on her when she thinks you may not be. Try to find the triggers and the amount of time after eating or drinking when it seems to occur. Sooner or later the two of you will have it figured out and it will get better.
Also, it never hurts to remember that for whatever reason, this breed is notorious for being hard headed when it comes to potty training.
