I'm with Wylie's Mom, if it's too hot for you, it's to hot for them, (particularly if they are indoor dogs since their paws are not adapted enough to the sudden temp change). We usually take our furbabies out either really early or late in the afternoon. If we take them in the hotter times, it's on the grass/ground and not cement.
