Default Diet and Exercise tracker

I just wanted to share a fun app I’ve been using that tracks you food and exercise as well as helps you set realistic goals. I learned in school that whenever we write down what we eat, we tend to alter our behavior for the good, so I’ve been writing down my diet for years, but I like the idea that this tells me how balanced it is and how I’m doing in the vitamin depart and other things. It’s pretty easy to tract your foods and if you use the mobile app there is a scanner so you can scan products.
