I have brother and sister puppies and I am scheduling to have them fixed right as soon as they turn 6 months to avoid having puppies here. My other 2 male dogs are fixed, so no problem there.
I hope I have it under control because I don't want a sibling litter of puppies. I actually had someone ask me if I got these puppies to start breeding. I was just shocked! I was like "They are brother and sister! No, I don't want to breed them." Then they asked if I was going to breed them with my other (9 years old) Yorkie. No, for one he was fixed as a puppy, and 2, no, they are pets.
Some people just don't get it.
