Hi everyone.
My baby is about to turn six months old and she has been healthy so far. However today I noticed that the skin on her back is starting to look darker than the rest of her skin. I looked closer and noticed little brown/black specs all over her neck and upper back.
Her belly and legs are fine so far.
I thought it could be flea dirt but it looks like it's everywhere where her hair follicles are.

She's been acting normal but im still very worried. Could it be dry skin? Is this a disease?
I would try to take a picture but my camera wouldn't be able to take a decent quality picture since the specks are so small.

Any advice? Thank you so much for reading!
