Most of us don't feel comfy giving out dosage info online, however, when it comes to Benadryl - it's very important to always know the dose in case of an emergency like a bee sting, scorpion sting, fire ants or any other allergic reaction...bc Benadryl could save a life. So w/ Benadryl, I always think it's good to share the info: the dose is 1-2mg per pound; my Vet Derm actually prefers the 2mg/pound dosage.

So for your kiddo - this would be 5-10mg. If you took a 25mg pill and cut it in fourths, you'd have 8.25mg pills then - right in the middle of the 1-2mg/pound dosage - perfect!
