And if females have to shower in group showers, will he shower with other women even though he apparently still has male genitalia? I know I wouldn't want to strip down and shower with him if I were in the pokey! |
Don't know too much about the accident, but I thought I read that the paparazzi was also involved and there is even some talk about someone being encouraged to make a quick stop so they could get a picture of Bruce, I don't know any facts yet, but to answer your question, I think they have to have sex reassignment surgery before they are considered legally that sex. So he would probably have to go to a male prison. He has said that he is still thinking about the actual surgery and wants to keep that part private, so the public will not know when that is done. If you've ever watched
Orange is the New Black, they have a real transsexual playing the part of a transsexual in a women's prison, she has gone through the final surgery, but the prison wants to take away her hormones, which would be a extremely hard on the women.
