 File a complaint
If you contact the Better Business Bureau they will contact the seller for you.
I filed a complaint on a company and the BBB contacted the seller and asked them how they wanted to resolve the issue. I think they contact them up to twice and they will stay in touch with you to find out resolution.
You may not get resolution but at least it will get his name out there.
