Our vet did a blood workup and everything seemed fine - she checked urine sample but now has sent a sample out to another lab that she feels could detect infection that she might miss. We are now taking random urine samples thru out the day to see if he can retain. His urine was totally clear - but so far today I have 3 samples and do see a bit of color (not much) so must be a good sign. See what she says tomorrow a.m. She is holding a blood sample for more lab work if needed.
I feel she is a good vet and will do everything she can for him. There are 3 vets at the clinic so more than one opinion I'm sure.
