My daughter's puppy seems to prefer to stand up with her front paws on the exercise pen and pee while standing like that!

She does this almost every morning that I take her outside and during the day as well part of the time. Other times she will pee like normal.

I have never seen a dog do this before and I wondered if anyone else had. She is currently 13 weeks old and I have seen her doing this for at least 2 weeks.
