Our little Nickie seems so healthy and active but is obsessed with drinking water, he will drink till he is burping up water - and we have to dole it out to him in small amounts or he is peeing all the time. The vet is running tests - is concerned about diabetis ensipidus, liver shunt and a couple of other things that I have forgotten the name of. His urine is clear all the time and the vet says he can't retain. I have to bring in random samples tomorrow to see if he can retain at any time during the day. His urine is as clear as water.
Does anyone have this problem and what were your results? I am very worried about my baby.
