Cry Both yorkies sick, one has ct, need help

Sorry this story is so long , but im so worried!I had to rush my boy yorkie to the vet on tuesday , he had diarreaha and bright yellow vomiting all morning, then around lunch time he was vomiting blood with the yellow foam. my vet clinic only had 1 vet on who was in surgery and couldnt take us for a while, so i called another vet. she stayed during her lunch hour to take us.. She wasnt sure why he was sick but she gave him a bunch of meds and a bunch of meds to take home. He seems to be getting better. Also to note i switched their food to royal canin mini 2 weeks ago, a week after they were both vomiting a bit of yellow every now and then until tuesday morning when milo got really sick , the vet said shes unsure if thats what made milo so sick, i got rid of the food just in case. So theres been no vomiting for both dogs since tuesday. Then yesterday my girl yorkie with collapsed trachea vomited yellow foam , immediately after her breathing became very loud and with vocal noises( usually she functions ok with just a breathy wheeze) but this was loud and very labored, she could barley move and had to keep laying down, her ribs looked bloated out and her back a little hunched, she wouldn't eat all day ,until supper time she ate a bit, i called my regular vet before they left on sat and they said bring her in monday if she is not better. I wanted to call an emergency vet after hours last night but i couldn't find any # anywhere. Anyways this morning her breathing is still very loud, shes laying at the end of my bed with me now, shes quiet when shes asleep ,which she is now. Im bringing her to the vet as soon as they open tomorrow, whichever one will take me. She has been sneezing the past few days, I'm wondering if this is just some type of infection? Shes making gurgling noises. What kind of things should i ask them to do at the vet to know what this is? Has anyone here experience this with their ct yorkie? Or did her collapse just suddenly worsen that quickly? This has been absolute hell , the vet that they've been going to since i first got them has done nothing for me, they should have had more than 1 vet on tuesday, and they should have stayed past hours on sat for me to bring my ct yorkie in. Im just scared im going to lose her, shes my whole world so this is just a nightmare. Its just weird they both get sick in the same week, any ideas of what this might even be ?
