Sorry to hear about the liver disease. How old is she? Is she a good eater? Often throwing up bile is caused by the stomach being empty. One of my boys did it occasionally in the morning when he was young. I gave him a few kibble late at night, 11 pm, and then made sure he ate breakfast early. We still give kibble rewards for good behavior, so he always has a little something in his stomach without overfeeding.

Did your vet recommend anything for her liver? Hopefully some more knowledgeable people will chime in, but you might want to look into a milk thistle supplement -- ask your vet. There is another one too.
