I'm at at a cabin for the weekend, went for a short walk with my seven mo th old yorkie, Holly. When we got back to the cabin her belly was covered with what looked like blood splotches, but they would not wipe off. I waited an hour and hoped they would go away, instead they have grown bigger.

There were bugs on our walk, not Mosquitos but little black bugs. Could these be from bug bites?

She isn't acting differently, she seems fine/normal, she isn't even itching.

Should I be concerned? I'm about an hour and a half from a city with emergency vet services.
