If there's no possibility of her being pregnant they should go back down within a few weeks after a full heat cycle....which I believe is close to two months. Most vets won't or shouldn't spay while in active heat because everything is swollen and more likely to bleed during surgery. If you aren't planning to breed her the less heat cycles she goes through the better. Sounds like she may have a little bit of time til her full cycle is over so I would schedule a spay for maybe mid july?
