After still not eating for me, and acting a little strange I took him to the vet on Friday and his sugar was high and everything seemed fine, I woke up at 5 am (after I just had at 2am) and he was in a coma, barely alive. I rushed him to the vet of course and we discovered he had a liver shunt or a neurological problem... I, of course, couldn't stand to see him suffer since he was not coming back around. I have been so upset and I wish I could have done something more for him. In the short 3 weeks I had him, he had become my baby and latched to my side. Again, thank you so much.. |
I'm so sorry for your loss of this little one. It truly is better to go through a responsible breeder. It doesn't mean nothing will ever happen but the chances are much less. If you decide to get another puppy, save up and find a breeder who will be there for you and your puppy. I hate to imagine your heartbreak...my prayers are with you.
