My 2 11 year old female yorkies are frequently peeing on the family room rug, even when they are taken out often. Is this because they are getting old? I also have a 6 year old yorkie male who has had a couple of accidents but usually holds his urine for a long time and pees a long time. I'm also babysitting my 19month old twin granddaughters 3 times a week during the day; could my dogs be struggling with that? They seem to be ok with the babies. It's really gotten worse over the last few months. Quite frustrated, tired of cleaning the carpet or sitting on the floor and getting wet!
