I am not a breeder or reader of contracts but I really like this statement in her contract:
The Buyer's Responsibility
The Buyer agrees to provide proper care for the puppy including nutrition, water, vet care, maintain immunizations, grooming care, and house the dog properly indoors; furthermore, the buyer agrees to give the dog proper physical and emotional care.
Her puppies look cute. I think I would at least call for an appointment.
