Yes! Momo did that all the time, several x's a day...he would also do a lot of reverse sneezing.
Once he threw up the huge hairball, he stopped making those noises.
He used to play w/rubber balls all the time. I stopped giving it to him bc it would get a lot of hair & dust on it. I clean my floors, obsessively.
