Could have been cold, in pain, sick to tummy, digestive pain, scared of something she smelled in the air...could be so many things. If it happens again, I'd probably video it on your phone so you can show the vet. And, see if warming her helps -- and also see if she'll take a high-value treat/food during that time...if she won't take a treat, you might then wonder if her tummy is bothering her.
