I'm strictly following my weight loss plan that includes healthy, natural and organic foods like, leafy green, lean meat, nuts, fruits, beans, green tea with lemon, avocado etc. So if anyone is wondering How to lose weight fast, you can try these foods any time. I just had
chicken stir fry containing
1/2 chicken breast with carrots, brocolli, snow peas, mushrooms, capsicum and zucchini with a lime lemongrass.
