No, sanitary would just be genitals and butt. You can have his belly shaved with a full coat though, a lot of us also shave the armpits.
He really shouldn't go to the groomer until he finishes his shot, most require a rabies shot anyway.
If he needs a sanitary trim it's really not hard, just get some scissors with rounded tips and cut it.
