Oh thank you so much guys for the support she is a lot better and is now eating and drinking in her own. She had already had her first two vaccinations and the vet says that is why it did not hit her as hard. And the fact that I noticed in time that she was not well ,she was never given the opportunity to dehydrate. It had already been two days that she had been sick when I made the post. Her breeder told me not to take her outside unless I was sure no other animals could get in until she was 16 weeks and had her last round of shots, so in part it was my fault. We live in a fenced yard and about two days ago I saw a cat in my yard and I started researching how she could get Parvo and saw that cats are carriers. I had no idea that it had been in my yard and she used to potty outside. Now we are using potty pads inside. But I feel extremely bad because it could have been worse but I am just thankful she is better now. |
