What is the heart issue that she has? Does she have CHF (congestive heart failure) or pre-CHF, a heart murmur, or some other arryhthmia? My Wylie has moderate CHF and is on Enalapril for it, and has no side effects.

For heartworm, I use Heartguard for all 4 of mine.
