It seems to be related to getting too tired. It almost mimics low blood sugar. Disorientation sets in as she gets more tired. No diagnosis yet. Might be neuro related, but haven't started trying to chase it down yet. Looking for a week or two without a trip to the vet first. Bella has already paid for his first trip to Aruba!
