I'm still trying to get Lola done, I need to do one leg, some blending/adjusting, and her ears. Yesterday I accidently poked her with the scissors, she screamed, (no injury and the scissors aren't pointy) and now she freaks out when I try to cut her hair.
She's fine when I brush or comb her hair but freaks out when she sees the scissors. I got her to let me brush her and cut a few odd hairs, but I can't finish her leg and I'm not even gonna try her ears. |
Oh no! I'm glad there was no injury. Be careful with the scissors around the ears. I stopped risking it on the upper flap of the ear and use only the mustache trimmers now.
Max doesn't like how his short beard gets wet in the water bowl. We use a glass custard bowl and his longer facial furnishings used to drape perfectly outside the bowl.
If he is running or playing, he is fine. But when he is just walking around, he looks self conscious. Hard to explain. I think I know how he is feeling because I often let my hair grow long and then have it cut into a chin length bob. Feels weird for awhile.
