A friend of mine just recently evicted most of his tenants and so he let us take a look at his properties. The old tenants had really torn the places up. And the last property we looked at which had been described in less than favorable airs, ended up being the best one. In perfect condition. No fixing up needed. He said it was small, but it's really not. A sun room even ! Izzy and Toby love sunlight! And the backyard is huge! We can move in right away and I am so excited! My babies don't have to live in cramped quarters and scoot out of the way all the time anymore. I haven't been this damn happy in a long time. And it's all for their well being that we even decided to look for a place. They are gonna love it. Just thought I'd share that
