Big food change. I suspect the richness of the new foods. Some dogs do better with a slow change, mixing the old food with the new food.
I would hold the Cesars. See the vet.
Maybe consider finding a different kibble that she is interested in. If she needs a food enticement on top of it, I would use a very small amount of safe-for-dogs fresh food. However, with the possibility that she has pancreatitis right now, I wouldn't experiment with foods. That is why it is important to see the vet.
