 Rabies vaccine tomorrow, advice?
Trinket is 11 months old and I am finally taking her to get a rabies vaccine. Anything I can do before I take her tomorrow that will help with this? I have asked my vet if he can shave it back due to her weight as she is 2.5 lbs and I am hoping they can but not sure if they will because this is rabies. I wondered if childrens benadryl or anything else may help her before the vaccines in case of any reactions?
I worry because I waited this long for my tiny Chihuahuas vaccine and she was 2 lbs and it caused her pain in the hip that made her favor it and put her into luxating patella in both back knees. I know there can be lots of different reactions though :/ |
