Hello, welcome to YorkieTalk. What day is it from her first breeding and last breeding? Most females can go into labor anywhere from day 59 through day 63. Some can go sooner but if the mom has her puppies before day 58 they might not make it.
Some females will have panting spells a few days before having their pups so panting does not always mean they are going into labor. Sometime they will run a low temperature if they have not eaten and their blood sugar goes low. If she is in labor you would start seeing contractions after several hours of panting and she would start doing a lot of digging as the labor progresses. How big is your female?
