A cheap puppy should be a red flag, not an incentive. I know buying a puppy from a reputable breeder can seem expensive but a good breeder has put a lot of time and money into their dogs. A good breeder will breed good examples of the breed...they should look like a yorkie, act like a yorkie, and should be healthy. They should be health testing (not just an exam at the vet) and give you a good health guarantee.

Educate yourself and buy from reputable breeders or rescue.
